Greatest Generation World War II Museum open in the Szilagyi Center daily from 10 AM to 5 PM

Rowlesburg Park Concession Stand Open for Food & Drinks
The Rowlesburg Area Historical Society will be available at the Depot for trips up to historic Cannon Hill from where the townfolk successfully defended the railroad bridge from destruction by the Confederate Army during the Civil War “Battle of Rowlesburg” in 1863.

MEET OUR W.W.II VETERANS at 1:30 pm
This is a great opportunity to talk to the men and women who lived through it all. All WWII veterans are invited to join this event and gather in the white tent for refreshments while they talk to visitors or just reminisce about their experiences with other veterans.

1940's FASHION SHOW & ANDREWS SISTERS !
‘40s’ period music featuring the Andrews Sisters
hot dogs - hamburgers - pepperoni rolls - cookies and drinks available on the field

Italian Spaghetti Dinner for Reenactors served on the field!
Saturday night from 8 pm – midnight
1940s “Stagedoor Canteen” Dance with Bobby Menear's Maestros of Swing!
Bobby Menear is a direct descendent of the Big Band legendary pioneer Glenn Miller, and loves the music of his heritage.
Szilagyi Center Auditorium (Old Rowlesburg School)
Hors d'oeuvres and drinks (soft drinks, water, wine and beer) are included and served in a 1940s atmosphere. Dressy or Period attire please.

HOME MADE BREAKFAST AT V.F.W. POST 3008
8 am - 1 pm $8.00
Buckwheat cakes, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, OJ, milk, coffee, tea. Registered reenactors will receive free tickets.
WREATH LAYING CEREMONY
1:00 pm at the Honor Roll Monument. Dedication by the Rev. Roy Mick, Christ United Methodist Church. 21 Gun Salute by VFW Post 578 Terra Alta & Aurora. Taps played by Bobby Menear.
